Phase I environmental site assessments are completed in accordance with the most recent ASTM standards, including All Appropriate Inquiry. Reports are tailored to each project, providing a level of coverage appropriate to the site in question.
Phase II environmental site assessments are completed by experienced staff and reviewed by a licensed Professional Geologist. Phase II services may follow a Phase I assessment, or may be a stand-alone service. Phase II services include, but are not limited to, the following:
